Good bungalows, staff are great, very helpful although English is limited (better than my Thai). Very quiet considering off the main road. Got a pool which is very nice as hardly anyone else uses it, few sun loungers and umbrellas - always some available. Breakfast is good, you can have as mush as you want just keep ordering, from fry up, pancakes, fruit & yogurt, fruit juices to fried rice. When we arrived I asked about a safe, they then fitted one in our room within 15 min. Great place to chill, very close to restaurants, bars and shops and a 10 min walk to beach. Can't get better for the money, definitely recommend if on a budget - but don't expect 5 star resort standard as fairly basic. My wife and I had one bungalow and our 2 kids had the one next door - perfect for us.

The rooms are dated but adequate, we had a villa because we were staying for 10 days and wanted the extra space. With a bit of updating it could have had a kitchenette which would have been useful. The pool is small but we used it a lot. The breakfast was good, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. The owners/staff do not speak English and we don't speak Thai so communicating was difficult but they were v sweet. The room wasn't overly clean but they came in every day and swept, cleaned bathroom, replaced towels etc. The mattress was hard (and I like firm mattresses) but the bedlinen was nice cotton and v clean. If you like 5 star resorts this isn't for you, if you like something more authentic this is good value

The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location of the property is a nice distance from the beach and the restaurants and the sound from the main road was not heard within the bungalow. Grounds of the bungalows are beautiful, peaceful and well kept. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and beds made, even had clothes folded on the bed neatly if you had left them out.

Good location for shops restaurants and the gardens in the property are just being tidy up lovely plants and trees. villa good location bed very comfortable. clean towels every day and always cleaned every day. hot water in shower and good air on and fan. bottled water every day and a good selection at breakfast

Very peaceful location just off the main road with lovely garden vegetation and a very pleasant pool. The rooms were simple but comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was fine. All in all very good value and we enjoyed our stay! (2 adults 2 children)
